AiRis Analytica was founded in 2023 with a clear mission: to fuse deep industry knowledge with cutting-edge technologies to drive disruptive change in the mining and energy sectors. From day one, we’ve focused on solving complex capital project challenges — where risk, scale, and uncertainty collide.
In our first year, we delivered a blend of strategic advisory services and pioneering AI risk management prototypes, laying the groundwork for smarter decision-making in high-stakes environments. By late 2024, we expanded into mine planning optimisation, helping mining operations unlock new efficiencies through intelligent design.
2025 marked a significant turning point. We began collaborating with tier 1 mining companies to co-develop innovative AI solutions that reimagine how studies, procurement, and risk are managed across capital projects. In September, we formalised our new founding team to drive the company forward into its next phase — bringing together decades of domain expertise with a shared vision for transformation.
